DESERT HEARTS

This interactive stage has been one of the best and hardest projects I've worked on.  As the CAD modeler and CNC operator for Stone Design, I got the chance to sit in on client meetings and provide renderings, as well as machine every piece of acrylic, mdf, and plywood on the stage.  From material orders, to managing assembly teams,  the tight timeline and complexities of the project required that I take on many responsibilities of project manager, assuring prop parts were completed ahead of assembly,  and ready for sculpting and finishing.  While this stage needed back to back 80-hour work weeks, taxing my body and mind, the video below shows me controlling the stage via iPad and having the best of times.
