STONE DESIGN

While at Stone Design I've had the pleasure to work alongside gifted professionals and talented artists who've dedicated their time and effort to produce awe inspiring projects and installations.  As part of the team, I work alongside the creative director, Corey Smith, and turn his drawings and visions into CAD models and then to machinable solutions.  In addition, I work along side LED light specialist from designing LED mounting structures to exporting designs for accurate LED mapping.  I take into account and model details for electronics and hardware, as well as machine jigs, templates and final components.  Over the past few months I've operated the 4'x8' CNC, plasma cutter and laser cutter in order to complete the assemblies below.  While I cannot take credit for the artistic vision, I was at the helm of engineering creating machinable designs that could be assembled, sculpted over, painted, and house the needed electronics.
